Baked Ricotta

Get about 500g fresh ricotta put in greased baking dish. Add sundried tomatoes and olives. Drizzle with about half cup of olive oil and stir it through a bit with plenty of cracked pepper. Bake in 180 degree oven. For about 20 mins.
