This avocado salsa chicken recipe is two of my favorite things: Scrumptious and easy! It’s not often you can make something very impressive with only a few ingredients. Ingredients:

4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breastspounded to about 1/2″ inch thick if pieces are large
